We were very pleased to welcome our MP, Kate Kniveton, to the AHPO Eye Centre on 26th May 2023. She showed keen interest in the educational work we are doing. Our fully equipped eye clinic is the AHPO training centre, but we have spare capacity that can be used by the NHS to reduce outpatient backlogs. Kate sent us this letter (scroll down to view), and true to her word the hospital managers met with us. We await further developments.
